“Life is not the amount of breathes you take, it’s the moments that take your breath away” - Hitch

I was born and raised in Southern California. Storytelling was always a passion of mine from when I was a wee lad. I integrated fiction and real life events in my projects throughout my life.

Being a fourth generation Chinese-American has taught me a lot growing up in Los Angeles. My passion in life is to help people when they ask for it. I had my own demons and it with the grace of God that I got back into life.

I am a student of David Goggins’ methods and life style. (That should be my resume alone)

I am always looking for opportunities to challenge myself. I lost 80lbs in 90 days by pure will power. So I am constantly suffering by running everyday and juicing. It’s through this suffering I know I’m on the right track, because on the other side of suffering is peace.

Fitness, food trends, meditation and self improvement are my current passions. I am also training to do an Ultra Marathon at the end of the year.

Experience

I started my film journey when I was a little boy making home movies with my sister. We made parodies of Pyscho, Thelma & Louise, Cops, Power Rangers, etc. I then carried that love of storytelling through writing and videos in high school.

I went to Art Center College of Design and received my BFA in Film. Through my passion I went on to be a freelancer in all things production. From Production Assistant to Producer.

Freelancing has been a journey that I’ve gotten to do because of the companies I got to work for. I worked on various projects including Big Brother, The Dark Knight Rises, and The Longest Ride.

Interning at Samuel Goldwyn Company was an experience in a production office. At Toy Box Studios I learned about producing and how everything needs to be balanced. I learned how a production office worked. I also edited a few of their trailers for major motion pictures.

The Walt Disney Company taught me customer service as well as production. I started as an attractions cast member taking tickets at the front of the park. Through out my Disney journey, I was a barista, tram driver, and Jungle Cruise Skipper. I ended with being a production assistant within broadcast services.

“All I want to do is go the distance” - Rocky

Currently at Torrance Memorial Medical Center I have been putting all my experience to use. I’ve been supporting an office with clerical work along with my production experience with film. I have shot many of the hospital’s videos and commercials. I’ve created digital signage along with take professional photographs. Our team has won awards for our videos.

Thus I am looking more opportunity elsewhere. Always looking for the next challenge.
